UK Delivery

Fatagyan Luxe Jewellery currently ships within the United Kingdom. All prices on our website are shown in GBP (£).

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, bank holidays or exceptional courier delays, dispatch or delivery may take a little longer.

Express Delivery: £6.99
Free Delivery: available on orders of £50 or more

Available delivery options and the final delivery charge are confirmed at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details where tracking is available.

Returns & Your Right to Cancel

We want you to shop with confidence. For most online purchases, you have the right to tell us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Condition of Returned Jewellery

Jewellery returned following a change of mind should be unworn and in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags and hygiene seals intact where applicable.

You may inspect or try on an item only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit. If jewellery has been worn or handled beyond what would reasonably be permitted when inspecting it in a shop, resulting in diminished value, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from the refund as permitted by law.

For hygiene reasons, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may not be returnable once the hygiene seal has been broken, where the legal hygiene exception applies. This may apply to pierced earrings supplied with an intact hygiene seal.

If you have a sizing issue, please contact us before returning the item so we can advise you on the available return or exchange options.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Return Postage & Refunds

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage cost unless we agree otherwise. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Where a valid cancellation applies, we will refund the item price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, the additional delivery upgrade is not refundable. Refunds will be made within the applicable legal timeframe after the returned goods are received, or after you provide evidence that they have been sent back where relevant.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights.
